Guiding You Toward Brighter Days

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone.

I am a practicing Counsellor/Psychotherapist, in South County Dublin.

I set up in private practice having studied with PCI College, completing a Certificate course and gaining qualifications of Diploma and BSc Hons. in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Fully accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) I create a welcoming space where you can speak freely, explore new perspectives, and discover practical tools for everyday life.

I work from an integrative approach, with a foundation in Humanistic Counselling, incorporating other modalities depending on the needs of you, the client, with a view to helping you with emotional and mental health concerns.

Finding someone that you’re comfortable talking to is essential when building a relationship with your therapist. I provide a warm, empathic, respectful, non-judgemental environment which is based on support and confidentiality. Together, the goal is to improve your sense of well-being, alleviate feelings of distress and resolve crises.

Whatever you are bringing to the space we will work together to move forward positively — always with empathy and respect.
